What's the best way to initiate a project with you?

The best way to get in touch about a new project is by sending an email to hello@charliewagers.com with a brief description of the project and timeline. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Shop FAQ:

What is your Return/Exchange policy?

I will accept all items for exchange or a full refund within 30 days of customers receiving their products. Prints must be unmarked and able for resale. If you need to make an exchange or return, simply respond to your order confirmation with the item and explanation. All refunds will be processed after successfully returning the item(s).

My order arrived damaged. What are my options?

I hate when that happens! Just send me a photo of the damage and I'll exchange your item or give you a full refund. 

The product I want to order is out of stock.

Unfortunately many of the products I sell are limited quantity. If it says sold out, then it’s very unlikely I have extras. Please don’t ask, I field too many questions about posters that have been sold out for many years. On rare occasion I will find previously sold-out products and re-stock them in the store.

I live in Pittsburgh, can I come pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Sure! Simply choose the Store Pickup option when checking out. All pickups will happen at Synthesis in Shadyside. You will be contacted when your order is ready.

What happened to the Shop page?

I thought it would be simpler to condense the Work and Shop pages into one, because the content of both pages was similar and redundant. Any poster that’s available for purchase is purchasable by clicking on it from the Work page of this site. But if that’s confusing and you’d prefer to see a list of everything that’s available for purchase, click here.
